Work has included the design of water distribution systems, sanitary sewers, storm drainage systems, highway construction, water supply planning, stormwater drainage modeling, preparation of site plans, groundwater remediation reports and various Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and general environmental studies. Previously, Joseph held a management and engineering position with a large international design firm. He has over 25 years of specialized environmental engineering and construction management knowledge in site remediation, hazardous waste management and design-build project delivery.
